Returns information

We fully understand that there may be occasions where you have to return an item. You can return your order (or part order) for ANY reason at all, providing you return it to us within 14 days of purchase and in the condition in which it was sent to you, I.e. unworn/unused, complete with tags and in original packaging where applicable.

Please complete our standard RETURNS FORM and include a copy of your receipt when returning any goods to us.  (our despatch email which we send out as your order is shipped will act as your receipt).

We can offer you either:

• a full refund
  
• a replacement (if the item/s are in stock)
  
• an exchange for a different item
  

We aim to resolve the matter within 2 working days of us receiving the goods from you.

The cost of returning the goods to us is borne by you. We strongly advise that you return the goods to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (or at least obtain proof of posting) as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Should you wish to have a replacement or an exchange then this will be posted out to you for free via Royal Mail.
